1. Validity of the general conditions
1.1 The General Terms and Conditions apply between www.kgstyle.ee customers (the “Customer”) and the owner of www.kgstyle.ee:

1.4 www.kgstyle.ee and the Customer wish to trade through the www.kgstyle.ee website on the terms and conditions set out in this document. By placing an order and making a payment on the website www.kgstyle.ee, the Customer confirms that he/she has read and agrees to the terms and conditions of sale.1.2 The general terms and conditions cannot be in conflict with the laws and regulations in force in the Republic of Estonia and, if necessary (in the event of disputes or missing information), they have been supplemented with these provisions.
1.3 www.kgstyle.ee reserves the right to unilaterally modify these Terms and Conditions and the prices of the Products for the purposes of efficiency, competitiveness, future development and to supplement or reorganise its product range. Changes and additions to the terms and conditions and product prices will take effect from the date of publication of this information on www.kgstyle.ee. If the Customer has submitted an order before the effective date of the amendment to the Terms, the Customer shall be subject to the terms and conditions in force at the time of submission of the order, unless otherwise provided by law or these Terms.
2. www.kgstyle.ee price list
2.1 The prices of the products sold on the www.kgstyle.ee website are given in euro, excluding delivery costs (except in the case of promotions).
2.2 www.kgstyle.ee reserves the right to adjust prices. If the Customer has placed an order before the price change takes effect, the price that was reflected on the order confirmation at the time the order was placed will apply.
3. Payment for the goods ordered
3.1 The customer can choose the appropriate payment method when placing the order.
3.1.1. Bank transfer on the basis of an invoice.
3.1.2. In the case of payment by invoice, the Customer will receive an invoice by e-mail, which will be payable within 1 working day. If no receipt within 1 working day, the order will be cancelled.
4. Cancellation and returns
4.1 The Customer has the right to cancel the order after the payment for the ordered Products has been made, but before the Products are dispatched by www.kgstyle.ee. This should be reported by writing to info@kgstyle.ee. The payment for the cancelled order will be refunded to the Customer’s bank account as soon as possible, but not later than 14 days after the request has been submitted.
4.2 You must notify us of the return of the product before posting by sending the information with your details to info@kgstyle.ee.Tagastada Viljandi Männimäe Selver Smartpost or Omniva tel 5100373, including your order details.
4.4 Returned goods must be unused, labelled and in their original packaging. The money for the returned goods will be credited back to the Customer’s bank account as soon as possible, but not later than 14 days from the receipt of the goods by www.kgstyle.ee.
4.5 The costs of returning the Goods shall be borne by the Customer.
4.6 If the Customer wishes to exchange the product received for a different size or another product, he/she will be charged the cost of return.
4.7 In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must open the product packaging carefully without damaging it. If the returned product has been damaged and this situation has been caused by the Customer’s improper use of the product, or by the Customer’s fault or negligence, www.kgstyle.ee reserves the right to offset the loss of value of the product against the amount due to the Customer.

1.1 Kiend can choose between 2 delivery methods:
1.1.1 SmartPost
1.1.2 Omniva
1.3 The ordered goods will be packed within 2-5 working days after receipt of the transfer to the account of www.kgstyle.ee. Payments will be checked at 12:00 and 17:00.
1.4 Posts will be made Mon-Fri between 17:00 and 17:30. If the order is placed during a public holiday, the delivery will be made on the following working day.
1.5 The Goods will be delivered in accordance with the delivery method selected when placing the order.
1.6 In the event of a change of destination, www.kgstyle.ee will ask the Customer to notify the new details as soon as possible. Once the goods have been posted, it is no longer possible for www.kgstyle.ee to change the destination. In this case, the customer can change the delivery by contacting the customer service of the company providing the delivery service.
1.7 The accuracy and correctness of the information provided in the Order will determine the delivery time. www.kgstyle.ee reminds that it is important for the Customer to provide correct information (mobile phone number, e-mail address, location of the parcel machine) when placing the order. www.kgstyle.ee and its partners shall not be liable for any delay in the delivery of the products and for any misunderstandings that may arise if the delay or misunderstanding was caused by inaccurate information provided by the Customer when placing the order.
